Reborn after a major redevelopment, Shed 15B today intertwines industrial history and the digital future. A startup incubator and headquarters for innovative companies, it hosts business, research, and new technology projects, becoming a vital hub of the Innovation Park.
From a former industrial space to a home for digital knowledge, Shed 15C now houses Unimore's fourth university campus. With classrooms and laboratories dedicated to training young people, it is a district that supports innovation and new skills for the society of the future.
The large, bright, and covered plaza makes Shed 17 a space designed to host events, training, and professional activities. Organizations such as ITS Maker, Officine Credem, and professional associations are based here, making it a hub of relationships and expertise that intertwines the industrial heritage of Reggiane with the needs of a forward-looking community.
Known as the "Caldareria," Warehouse 18 is one of the industrial cathedrals of the former Officine Reggiane, renovated in 2019 according to a philosophy of integral conservation that enhances its historical traces. Today, it houses the offices and laboratories of leading companies in the automotive, logistics, digital, environmental, and food sectors, becoming one of the most vibrant hubs of the Innovation Park.
The first building of the former Reggiane factory to be redeveloped, Capannone 19 now houses the Reggio Emilia Technopole, part of the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network. Its spaces host advanced research laboratories and innovative startups, creating an ecosystem that connects universities, businesses, and the local community.
At the heart of the Reggio Emilia Approach, the Center is a meeting place and forum for educational culture, open to all ages and cultures. Born from the experience of municipal infant-toddler centers and preschools, it now promotes research, experimentation, and educational innovation internationally.
From animal feed production to a regenerated community space, the Mangimificio Caffarri now hosts projects that intertwine education, art, and sports. Ramps and colors make the Piazzale Europa skate park the heart of urban sports, a hub for skaters and young people. Along with basketball courts, green spaces, and direct access to the station, it's a space designed to transform sport into a shared experience.
The historic arm of Viale Ramazzini, closed to traffic for decades, has been given a new lease of life as a key component of the master plan for the regeneration of the former Officine Reggiane. Reopened in May 2022, the east-west stretch connects Piazzale Europa to Viale del Partigiano, restoring continuity to the Santa Croce neighborhood and overcoming the railway divide that had isolated the area for years.
The Director's Villa, the historic residence of the director of Officine Reggiane, has been restored and transformed into a meeting place dedicated to culture and creativity. Today, it houses ARCI and CEPAM, serving as a bridge between the industrial past and contemporary cultural life.

The Reggiane project continues to grow: new projects, already supported by agreements and construction sites underway, will bring green spaces and renovated environments to expand the park's opportunities. This evolution looks to the city's future.
Modern residences, common areas, and recreational spaces will create Palazzina Emme, a welcoming and sustainable home for students and young people in the city. With its 80 rooms, photovoltaic system, and dedicated areas for sustainable mobility, the project will strengthen the connection between education, community, and the surrounding area.
Inspired by the historic Spanish street, two green avenues will be created between the railway, Viale Ramazzini, and the Santa Croce neighborhood, transforming themselves not just into passageways and connections, but into authentic places to be experienced. Located on the southernmost section of Shed 17, the Cathedral will retain much of its historic structure and be transformed into three floors of approximately 1.000 square meters each. It will house university courses, ITS Maker laboratories, and the new headquarters of the CRPA, strengthening the Innovation Park's role as a center for research, training, and development.
