The project, started in September 2019, offers a framework and a roadmap for territories that want to promote economic resilience through a collaborative approach to industrial closures, job losses and uncertainty. It brings together stakeholders, administrations, businesses and business organizations to develop preventive response activities to structural changes in the economy, through policies and programs in favor of SME competitiveness.
