Nobìlita Lab 2026 – The Festival of Training and Skills

On June 9 and 10, 2026, Reggiane Parco Innovazione will host Nobìlita Lab, the Festival of Training and Skills, now in its ninth edition.

Organized by the FiordiRisorse association and the SenzaFiltro newspaper, in collaboration with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and STU Reggiane, and with the patronage of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the Emilia-Romagna Order of Journalists, the festival offers two days entirely dedicated to the culture of work and training.

CONsperenze – from M to N – is a choice, not a mistake: a way to transform the meaning of the most desiccated word of recent years and restore its sense of a we. No one learns alone, no one works alone.

With the "all you can learn" formula, participants can tailor their own training path by choosing from seven thematic areas: Artificial Intelligence, Marketing & Business, Human Resources, Communication and Writing, Organization, Complexity and Foresight, Society, Wellbeing and Body Awareness.

The program includes classrooms open from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, keynote lectures, talks, book presentations, discussions with companies, a world café on sustainability, literary aperitifs, and networking opportunities.

This event confirms Reggiane Parco Innovazione as a hub for training, innovation, and work culture.
