Shed 15B, once part of the Officine Reggiane production facility, was redeveloped between 2019 and 2024, becoming a symbol of the Innovation Park's new era of innovation.

Strategically located in the heart of the park – with its north front almost joined to Shed #15C – it stands out for the architectural intervention that demolished the perimeter walls, leaving the load-bearing metal structure made of columns, beams and joists exposed.

Beneath the roof, a raised structure inspired by historic overhead cranes houses offices and laboratories for high-tech businesses. Among the notable companies present are the Italian headquarters of Nikon SLM Solutions , specializing in industrial 3D printing, and the REI Foundation , committed to accelerating startups and innovation projects.
