Shed #15C is the home of the IV University Campus of the University of Modena and Reggio EmiliaOnce crowded with machinery and industrial activities, it now welcomes students and teachers in a large covered internal square.

The redevelopment project restored the historic structures, integrating them with modern architectural elements to create a 4.000-square-meter campus with classrooms, laboratories, and common areas. It hosts four undergraduate and graduate programs—Digital Education, Psychological Sciences and Techniques, Data Analysis and Management for Business and Finance, and Digital Automation Engineering—for approximately 1.300 places. Named after Giulio Santagata, economist and former president of Stu Reggiane, Shed #15C represents a crucial step in the area's regeneration: a place where industrial heritage is reinvented as a lever for the future of knowledge and innovation.
